The article, "Black Voices" will also highlight the art of notable historical artists, Elizabeth Catlett, William H. Johnson, Jacob Lawrence and Amy Sherald. The art also addresses the social challenges and issues that we have faced in the past and presently. Art has been an instrument for constructive change, it is used for activism and advocating for justice, telling stories and capturing history.
